Cancellation Policy:
Services are provided on a month-to-month basis and clients may cancel their service at any time at least (3) three days in advance of any upcoming recurring payment. When cancelled according to these terms, the upcoming recurring payment will constitute the final payment due for services rendered. All services are billed in arrears.

At Relleyvent Solutions, LLC, we want to make your experience online satisfying and safe. Sharing of Information
Relleyvent Solutions, LLC does not under any circumstances share, sell, rent, or in any other way provide your information to anyone for any use whatsoever.

Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our customers.
Relleyvent Solutions, LLC gathers two types of information about users:
Information that users provide manually on our web site. This information is gathered on our Enrollment (Sign Up) Form and includes name, address, email address. This information is not shared or used for any marketing purposes whatsoever.
Information Relleyvent Solutions, LLC gathers through aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our sites. This information allows us to better tailor our content to readers’ needs and to help us better understand the demographics of our audience.
Usage Tracking
Relleyvent Solutions, LLC tracks user traffic patterns. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. LLC does break down overall usage statistics according to a user’s domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user’s browser). Relleyvent Solutions, LLC sometimes tracks the search terms that users enter in public search engines, which generate a “click through”, but this tracking is never associated with individual users. We use tracking information to determine the effectiveness of individual search terms.
Cookies
We may place a text file called a “cookie” in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable us to relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie cannot read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. Relleyvent Solutions, LLC uses cookies to track user traffic patterns (as described above). You can refuse cookies by turning them off in your browser. If you have set your browser to warn you before accepting cookies, you will receive the warning message with each cookie. You do not need to have cookies turned on to use this site.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR INFORMATION FOR ENROLLMENT.
1. When entering your information below, please double check that you entered everything correctly.
2. Relleyvent Solutions requires ALL clients to maintain active credit monitoring. Credit monitoring is crucial, and the cost is $22 per month. This allows us to track your progress during your credit repair journey (deletions, score changes, new accounts, etc). Any clients that cancel and/or downgrade their credit monitoring service will be suspended from the program.
3. Please do not enroll if you have an active bankruptcy as we will not be able to help. Dismissed/Discharged bankruptcies are OK.
4. Please do not enroll if you are not able to complete your onboarding within 48 hours. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to complete onboarding. If is going to take you longer than 48 hours, please do not sign up for our services.
5. Please do not sign up if you are currently behind on paying your bills. We do not want our services to be another bill added on as a burden for you. Old accounts are fine. But if you are behind on your current accounts, please do not sign up.
